Take things lightly

To take things lightly have some faith and think less. And to think less put your energy somewhere else. If your mind will be preoccupied you will automatically think less . Understand what’s emotional blow and if will know it’s just emotions which are not going to matter in long run you will convence yourself for giving less importance to these blows . At that time don’t spend much of your time hanging in there but just do what you have desided to do.. say study.. or just reading.
